Each construct was designed to express a GFP fusion including the indicated amino acid residues of μNS.
The EcoRI site added near the 5′ end of each is underlined.
In each of these proteins, GFP was fused to the N terminus of the μNS region.
That is, the expected size of the expressed fusion protein.
