HIVBAL or HIVLAI (at a concentration of 50 ng Gag p24 protein) was added to 106 preDC derived from three different donors (A, B, and C), and after 3 h, the cells were washed and cultured. Two days and 5 days afterwards, the concentration of p24 was determined by ELISA.
