The lysates (20 μg of protein) of COS cells expressing (+) the indicated proteins (lanes 1 to 4 and 9 to 12) were probed with the anti-Myc, anti-GFP, anti-β-catenin, anti-GSK-3β, and anti-HA antibodies (Ab). The same lysates (150 μg of protein) were immunoprecipitated (IP) with the anti-Myc antibody, and the immunoprecipitates were probed with the indicated antibodies (lanes 5 to 8 and 13 to 15).
