BALB/c mice received sulfatide (250 nmol-1 μmol/mL, 1.7 × 106 dpm/mouse of 3H-sulfatide) orally, whereafter the animals were sacrificed after 1–2 hours (n = 8), 5–6 hours (n = 7) or 24 hours (n = 7). Values are mean ± SEM (n). Sulfatide was quantified using TLC-ELISA.
