Sf9 membrane vesicles containing MRP1, 2, 3, or 4 were incubated with 1 μM E2 17βG for 2 min; HEK293/MRP5 vesicles were incubated for 30 min with 1 μM alaninyl-d4TMP. Values are expressed as percentage of control and are the average ± SE of two independent experiments performed in triplicate.
