Specificity of anti-5-HT_4(a)and anti-5-HT_4(d)antibodies for their corresponding isoforms transiently expressed in CHO cells. Merge of DAPI nuclear staining and immunolabelling are shown. Anti-5-HT_4(a)antibodies bind only their corresponding isoform, while anti-5-HT_4(d)binds all isoforms (5-HT_{4(a), (b), (c) and (d)}). No labelling was obtained with non -transfected cells.
