Specificity of anti-5-HT4(a) and anti-5-HT4(d) antibodies for their corresponding isoforms transiently expressed in CHO cells. Merge of DAPI nuclear staining and immunolabelling are shown. Anti-5-HT4(a) antibodies bind only their corresponding isoform, while anti-5-HT4(d) binds all isoforms (5-HT4(a), (b), (c) and (d)). No labelling was obtained with non -transfected cells.
