Time-lapse video microscopy of Hip1R–YFP and DsRed–clathrin-LCa in live cells. These proteins display almost identical behavior at the cell cortex. Images were taken at 3 s intervals over 60 frames, where the lag between Hip1R and clathrin visualization is 1.5 s.
