The percentage of cells in each quadrant is indicated in the panel. (C) Unsorted (WP) or sorted cells prepared from Myf5-nlacZ or MD6.0-lacZ transgenic mouse muscle were stained with X-gal. The error bars represent the SEM from three independent experiments. At least a total of 1,000 cells were counted in each fraction.
