The result is averaged over 10 cases. The third, fourth, and fifth rows show the volume overlaps and volume agreements of the segmentation results using the ADC+FA channel, using the FSL MFAST multi-spectral segmentation algorithm, and using the proposed multi-channel fusion algorithm, respectively.
