Table II. Quantitative analysis of proteins increased in lung membrane rafts of caveolin-1 KO versus WT mice.

-Fold change reflects data from three independent experiments. Each protein was identified independently both by Paragon and Mascot database search engines using the IPI mouse database. False discovery rates were determined by running PeptideProphet and ProteinProphet analyses on Mascot results.
