Frontal lobe white matter volume was significantly greater in T allele carriers (T/T +T/C) (ANCOVA F1,52 = 8.197, p = 0.006), while other regions are non-significant after correcting for multiple comparisons. Covariates appearing in the model are evaluated at the following values: TBV = 1364768.17, Age = 39.04, (*) denotes significance of P<0.0125. Error bars represent +/− standard error of the marginal means and percentages reflect the percent change in each brain region.
