(A) Comparison of plasma miR-21 and miR-375 concentrations between pre- and postoperative samples from ESCC patients. The concentration of plasma miR-21 was significantly decreased in the postoperative samples compared with the levels in preoperative samples (P=0.0058) (A). However, the postoperative plasma miR-375 concentration was not significantly different from the preoperative plasma concentration (P=0.2626) (B).
