Vps34f/fLck-cre CD4+ T cells were treated twice with 0.08% pronase for 15 minutes, washed, and allowed to recover for indicated times, in the presence or absence (B) of cycloheximide (CHX) or cytochalasin B (cyto B). Gray histograms represent IL-7Rα surface levels at time 0, immediately after pronase treatment and indicative of pronase efficacy.
