Mthfsgt/+ mice were intercrossed and the progeny genotyped; the drinking water for pregnant dams was supplemented with 500 μM hypoxanthine. Expected genotype distribution is based on Mendellian frequency, and differences from expected distribution were analyzed using Chi square analysis.
