This table shows the correlation between “true” (see text) and estimated rotation parameters for eddy and eddy_correct. Note how eddy performs better than eddy_correct for every rotation axis and every b-value. Note also the clear degradation of the performance for eddy_correct with increasing b-value. This does not appear to be the case for eddy and b-values up to 3000.
