(A and B) Using the supernatant from the same experiments as in Figure 1, MAIT (dark gray circles) or Tmem (white circles) supernatants were collected after 24 hours of culture and analyzed using Luminex (n = 3). Dashed lines denote limit of detection for each analyte. Three different donors were used for each experiment shown. MAIT cell data shown are representative of at least 2 independent, technical replicates. Data are displayed as mean ± SEM (where applicable). *P ≤ 0.05. P values were determined by comparing treatment conditions to unstimulated conditions using Mann-Whitney 1-tailed U test (A and B).
