Cortical FBB uptake by cognitive group. We found evidence of increased cortical amyloid accumulation in PDD relative to PDN and PD-MCI, however this was explained by the older age of the PDD group (Table 1). The dashed line at CL = 31.3 indicates the ROC-defined optimal centiloid cut-off in this sample, with sensitivity to clinically positive cases = 100%, specificity = 92.6%, AUC [95% confidence interval] = 0.98 [0.97, 1.0].
